Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Jerry Prentiss (Terrell Ransom, Jr.) will lash out when he finds out Whitley King (Kim Coles) drugged Abe Carver (James Reynolds)! There’s a good possibility that he may even threaten to spill the tea!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Jerry Prentiss Finds Abe Carver Out Cold

Jerry comes to Whitley’s apartment to find Abe out cold, and Whitley had injected him with drugs to make him pass out after he confronted her.

He had happened to see an episode of Body and Soul that Jerry had played in and she tried to convince him he was really his son Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). She told him he was using a stage name and had moved to South Africa, but Abe didn’t believe her-this was after he was suspicious of Jerry.

She decided there was only one thing that she could do, and that was to drug Abe to keep him controllable. But Jerry isn’t going along with that-it’s bad enough she made him the fall guy in case it was suspected Abe was murdered-he tells her off.

Whitley explains that now she has no choice but to keep Abe unconscious and under control, and she may have to guard him 24-7 herself since Jerry’s getting cold feet.

Whitley is completely out of touch with reality-if her cable’s been cut off already and she has no other source of money, what’s she going to do? But Whitley considers quitting her job at the hospital to not be such a huge deal, apparently-but people are getting suspicious and police are checking her out.

She’ll have to figure out how to keep the lights on and the rent paid some other way. It’s not like she can cash in Abe’s life insurance!

But Jerry’s not cooperating with Whitley on this – keeping Abe drugged up and being stupid enough to give up her only source of income.

He didn’t sign up for drugging and keeping an older man captive and he knows now it’s not just an “acting job”. Jerry also knows that if she’s caught, he’ll be the fall guy and he’s not putting up with that either, and if she doesn’t quit drugging Abe he’ll flip on her.

Whitley may try to do the same thing to him as she’s doing to Abe for all he knows, but Jerry stands steadfast. If she gets rid of him, and police want to question “the witness” further it’ll just make her look more suspicious!
