Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) has a habit of having as many drunken one-night stands as her estranged husband Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). In fact, a drunken one-night stand with Xander is exactly how he and Sarah got together.

Recently, Sarah had a one-night stand with Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder), her former fiancé, and now it seems as if she isn’t feeling very well. In fact, she is sick to her stomach. We all know what this means. After the tragedy of losing her last baby, Sarah might have another opportunity to be a mom.

Meanwhile, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) has a lot of questions for Rex. She can see how close Rex and Sarah are growing again and wants to know what his intentions are toward her daughter. After all, he hurt her before by cheating on her with Mimi Lockhart (Farah Fath), which led to him fathering her child.
