Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) in hot pursuit and determined to snag Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson)! In the midst of so many changes in his life and his work, Alex is a little preoccupied-but Theresa won’t stop, and ultimately talks him into another date.

There are lots of shakeups at Titan, and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) assumes it’s Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) she’s turning her resignation into. But instead, she finds Alex there and he’s trying to come to terms with having all this power, but attaining it in a way he didn’t want-Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) death.

He’s grappling with finding out he’s Victor’s son instead of Justin Kiriakis’ (Wally Kurth) as well, and it’s just a lot to deal with.

Stephanie is kind to Alex and listens to him talk about his struggling, but he also tells her he’s the CEO now since Vivian skipped town. He tells her he would trade all the power that comes with the position in a heartbeat, to have his family back.

DOOL Spoilers – Justin Kiriakis Appalled To Learn Alex Kiriakis Fired Maggie Kiriakis

However, Justin is appalled to learn Alex fired Maggie as CEO because of what Victor’s will said-Alex had said he could find her something but she didn’t want it.

She walked out of the office because she didn’t think that they could work together because of the problems they had before.

Justin knows that Alex will do a good job as the head of the company, but he doesn’t see why he and Maggie couldn’t just team up, as in co-CEOs.

Alex wants to run the show on his own, and felt he and Maggie’s views on things are too different-and admittedly enough, he’s got a huge chip on his shoulder.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Persistent Theresa Donovan Talks Him Into Another Date

But persistent Theresa keeps on Alex until she talks him into another date, being sweet about it and convincing him they both need it and it would be good for him. Alex does care for Theresa and he likes her, so he ultimately gives in and appeases her.

They decide on a dinner date, but they end up at the same restaurant as Stephanie and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).

That’s a bit awkward, since Stephanie still holds a special place in Alex’s heart, but there’s also a great deal of ego involved.

Stephanie rejected him for Chad, so he’s watching things from an arm’s length, but he’s moving on-with Theresa.
