Now that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), and Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) have an inkling that they are not actually dead, they are more determined than ever to figure out what the heck is really going on. They have been in the great beyond for well over a month so what is happening here?

As they try to get more information out of Nick Fallon (Blake Berris), a surprising force comes to their aid. Who will they run into this time since this whole story has brought back so many dead or not-so-dead characters? They realize there may be a way for them to get back to their loved ones and are willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

In addition, Kate is still desperate to reach Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), but she somehow gets a hold of a very confused Paulina Price Carver (Jackee Harry) instead. Will Paulina figure out that Kate might not be in that urn as Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) has suggested? Roman is the one who has been trying to get his two buddies not to seek revenge, so he may be the one to believe this.
