Somehow Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) can’t seem to get into heaven just yet despite the people mourning them back in Salem. Something keeps getting in their way and Kate may learn her own fate and why this is happening on Friday when Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause) appears to tell her she is in purgatory.

Does Jordan have a way for Kate to get into heaven or is this where she is destined to stay forever, considering that she didn’t lead a completely evil life, but didn’t lead an exemplary life, either?

As for Kayla, she is set to meet a loved one during her journey. Could it be Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), who also can’t get into heaven, or someone else? Perhaps a dead loved one who is in the process of being brought back to life…

Meanwhile, back on Earth, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) are stunned by Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) plans for Orpheus (George Del Hoyo). What is he really up to and will this plan be too dangerous for three older men who want to avenge their women? Does Black Patch still got it?
