Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers suggest a major baby boom in Salem for 2023. Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is currently expecting, and fans know that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) left town with a bun in the oven.

In addition, there’s been some speculation that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) may have also been pregnant up in New Zealand, as she did have a one-nighter with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) before she left. Is there a potential for a baby switch storyline between two or more of the ladies mentioned above?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – This Isn’t Nicole Walker Or Sarah Horton’s First Baby Switch Rodeo

Yes, the baby switch storyline is overdone; however, if written write, it still could make for an interesting arc.

Still, Nicole and Sarah have already been part of their own respective baby switch storyline over the years. Nicole was the one who switched babies back in 2009 in a desperate attempt to hold on to EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) when she pawned Sydney DiMera (Berlyn and Brooklyn Baca) off as her own, even though the child was actually Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) daughter.

Meanwhile, poor Sarah was a victim of a baby switch storyline when Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) switched Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) because Ms. Horton’s baby had passed away.
Could lightning strike again for either of these women?

DOOL Spoilers – The Possibilities Are Endless

Maybe Nicole and Sarah’s babies are switched, and EJ is at the helm this time because Ms. Walker’s little one is stillborn. Then again, maybe Allie returns to town, and the thought of being a mom of two overwhelms her to the point where she sneaks her little one into the delivery room, for either Sarah or Nicole after one of their children dies upon or after birth.

While Sarah and Nicole are some weeks apart, this is the land of soaps. One lady could have her baby very early (with no complications, of course) while the other one has hers late.
