Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Chanel Has A Scoop For Leo, Fights Fire With Fire, Major Dirt On Sloan?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will have a scoop for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). She decides to fight fire with fire and dishes some major dirt on Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) for Leo’s Lady Whistleblower column.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Bad Enough Getting Beaten, Now Publicized?

Sloan had recently gotten all of Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) assets frozen and even tried to take over Sweet Bits’ lease, but Belle Brady (Martha Madison) took care of it. Then Paulina found her office vandalized and she was sure Sloan was behind it and pushed Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to arrest her.

They couldn’t prove it was Sloan who vandalized the office, but they highly suspected the entitled bimbo to pitch a hissy fit like a two year old.

Chanel knows that the facts can be published and the suspicions can be insinuated, Leo just has to be careful of the wording. She’s so sick and tired of Sloan trying to ruin her and her mother’s life, she has to do something, and she decides “blowing the whistle” on Sloan is it.

DOOL Spoilers – Chanel Dupree Lays It On Thick

Chanel lays it on thick when she tells “Lady Whistleblower” about Sloan’s suspected response to Belle getting the case dismissed against Paulina and getting the funds unfrozen. Leo laps it up as she describes “whoever it was” who tossed Paulina’s office as an overgrown spoiled brat and if Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) came to his senses, he’d agree.

Leo knows just how to write this up because he, too, has run afoul of Sloan and he wants revenge, too; he won’t name the suspected culprit but insinuate. It won’t sound like there’s a lot of doubt that Sloan pitched a two year old temper tantrum and took it out on Paulina’s office.

They both agree that it’s high time Paulina installed security cameras, even if the security feeds can be altered by a person skilled in hacking.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Power Of The Poison Pen

Chanel doesn’t realize that Sloan could still retaliate later on figuring either she or Paulina did the interview, but one thing she can’t do is sue for slander. Leo leaves the readers to draw their own conclusions as to who actually tossed Paulina’s office, but it sure sounds like cause and effect to him.

As far as her losing her civil case and Belle getting it dismissed, that is legitimate news that anyone can verify at the courthouse, and it’s published.

But for now, it feels good to vent in a public forum and Sloan can’t dispute the truth or sue against innuendo. And if she should try, her reputation as a competent attorney will be disproven even further!
