Over the years and through the guidance of Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), the friendship of Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) as well as the love of Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), Xander became a better man. Xander has never earned full redemption and didn’t turn into a saint.

However, Xander is more human than most characters as he’s not really good or bad anymore. Xander has his motivations and no matter how pure, he usually ends up making the wrong decisions.

If Brady and Xander do end up forming an unexpected bond, could Chloe suddenly become the third wheel? It would be an interesting, unexpected and amusing twist to the same old love triangle storylines.
