Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal pregnancy secrets coming to light that will create drama in and out of Salem.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sarah Is Found Out

Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) left town to work with Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) in Chicago so that nobody ever learns that she is pregnant — at least not yet.

Both Sarah and Rex know that her baby belongs to Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) but Sarah knows if Xander finds out, he will never give up on her and for the moment, that is what she needs and wants.

Despite Rex’s philandering ways, Sarah feels safer and more secure with her than she does with Xander.

Too bad all that is ruined when Bonnie Lockhart Kiriakis (Judi Evans) arrives to see her granddaughter Emily, who also happens to be Rex’s daughter with Mimi Lockhart (Farrah Fath). When Bonnie notices Sarah’s belly, she also deduces that Xander is the father.

At this point, Bonnie understands why Xander kidnapped her all those months ago, but Sarah is still unforgiving. Will Bonnie spill the beans when she gets back to Salem?

DOOL Spoilers – Questions For Nicole…And Maybe An Answer

Speaking of back in Salem, Days of Our Lives spoilers show Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) has her own baby drama going on. She is not sure if Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) or EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) is the father of her child and doesn’t want either one to know she is pregnant in case she loses the baby in this high-risk pregnancy. She also just wants to know who the father is so that two men don’t get hurt if things go wrong.

Well, too bad EJ figures out what is going on due to the preposterous notion that Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) can get pregnant.

He knows she slept with Eric during The Great Sweet Bits Biscuit Incident of 2023 and forgives her, but he just wants to know if he is going to be a father again. He also really wants Nicole to marry him.

Thanks to Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty), Eric also learns of Nicole’s pregnancy. After learning his baby with Sarah died soon after birth and after Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) aborted their baby last Thanksgiving, this is a dream come true for Eric — IF the baby is his. If it is, what does that mean for his relationship with Sloan?
