It’s a good thing Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is such a sound sleeper that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) was able to slip a swab into his mouth while he seemed out cold and get a DNA sample. She is in a rush to get the swab back to Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) so that Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) can run that paternity test and tell Nicole who really fathered her baby.

However, Eric now sees her with the swab and wonders what is going on and why Sloan seems to be lying to him. Sloan does her best to cover for herself, but a video promo shows her telling Eric that Nicole is pregnant. That seems too simple, right? Does she do something with that swab to alter the results before telling Eric what she knows?
