Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of July 24, 2023 show there is exciting news to digest, a legacy character is returning to the Salem-based soap. This character left years ago after going on a terror spree, with the townsfolk conned into believing that he was dead! Let’s find out who is coming back to his roots.

In August fans will see Philip Kiriakis back in action. A big old whopper was told around Salem that the man was dead, but of course by that everyone meant soap dead, silly rabbit. Soap dead merely means that the character in question is out of sight for however long it takes for (fill in the blank) to happen.

When Phillip returns to the canvas, John-Paul Lavoisier will be in the role. He played Phillip from 2015 to 2016. The character was last played by Jay Kenneth Johnson, who departed in 2021.

Phillip is the son of Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Victor Kiriakis (the late John Aniston). He was thought dead by most, when he was sent off for treatment following his attempt to frame Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for his murder.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Week Of July 24, 2023 Brings A Doctor To Salem

On Tuesday, July 25 Lisagaye Tomlinson appears as Dr. Sorenson. The new doc is a pediatric specialist.
The doctor will interact with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) who are expecting a little one.

If Tomlinson looks familiar it’s because she appeared as Dr. Harris on ABC’s General Hospital in 2020.
