Dancing With The Stars: Pregnant Peta Murgatroyd Reveals New Family Member

Dancing With The Stars fan faves Peta Murgatroyd and Maks Chmerkovskiy are growing their family by TWO this year.  DWTS alum Peta Murgatroyd is currently pregnant with baby number two, and is set to give birth in June 2023, she and Maks are also the proud parents of their six year old son Shai.  But, Peta’s baby bump is not the only new addition to their family this year.

Peta and Maks took to social media and introduced the newest member of the family, an adorable fluffy brown puppy!  Apparently, the pup was a gift to their son Shai, and judging from Peta’s Instagram posts, Shai is in love with the newest addition.

Peta raved on Instagram, “Meet our newest family member Hachi Chmerkovskiy.  This little guy has brought so much joy into our lives these past 2 days with oodles of kisses and licks and an uber playful temperament….(also lots of poops, pees and cries at night).”

The Dancing With The Stars pro added, “Shai is obsessed and we let him take the lead on naming the puppy. We probably bit off more than we can chew with another actual human arriving soon, but hey ??‍♀️ there is never a perfect time right? Lol”

Dancing With The Stars Spoilers – When Is Peta Murgatroyd Due

Maks Chmerkovskiy and Peta may be a little in over their heads with their new puppy, Peta is very pregnant with baby number two, and Murgatroyd is set to give birth in less than two months.

Hopefully, Shai can help his parents get their puppy on a schedule and get his night feedings under control before Peta and Maks are up all night doing newborn baby and dog feedings.

The DWTS alums have been pretty secretive regarding this pregnancy.  In fact, we still do not know the exact due date, the baby’s gender, or even a name for he or she yet.
