Could Little People Big World Be Coming To An End Soon?

Little People Big World is currently airing its 24th season on TLC. The show that follows the Roloff family and their lives together has been a fan favorite since first making its debut back in 2006. Throughout the series the famous children of Matt Roloff and Amy Roloff have slowly distanced themselves from the show.

Currently, the divorced pair’s son Zach Roloff is the only sibling that now appears on the show with his wife Tori and their three children. Nonetheless, fans are still tuning in each week to see what is happening with the family’s farm and more. But could the series be ending due to TLC possibly cutting the show’s budget.

Amy Roloff – Reveals Smaller Budget On Instagram Live

According to Amy Roloff, the network has reduced the show’s budget. The family matriarch, who is now remarried to her new husband, Chris Marek, revealed the news during a recent Q&A session. Amy answered questions from with fans about the current season on Instagram Live alongside her friend, Lisa.

Amy Roloff revealed the diminishing budget when she was asked by a fan about her favorite part of filming the show. “One of the best things was the places that we got to go to in those earlier years of filming,” she said on Instagram Live.

Is The Future Of Little People Big World In Jeopardy?

The 60-year-old Amy went on the add, “Obviously with the slew of reality shows on all of these networks or TLC, you know, budgets have to change. It’s just like any business. You have this product and then this product. Well, if you add a whole bunch of other products, your budget changes.”

Aside from a smaller budget, Little People Big World has also not received the green light for season 25 from TLC, Amy Roloff revealed during the Instagram Live session. There is also some family members who aren’t keen about returning for another season.

Some Family Members Want To Leave The TLC Series

While Matt Roloff reportedly wants to return for season 25, his significant other, Caryn, has no interest. According to a source who spoke with The Sun, “Matt really wants another season, but Caryn is completely done. She thinks there are too many disagreements with what they want to say and do on air and too much family drama.”

“She feels as though she’s the one always caught in the middle trying to mediate. Although she knows it probably makes for good ratings, she doesn’t want to be a part of it anymore.”
