B&B Spoilers: Women Rule – Thomas Hope’s Mannequin – Sheila Controls Deacon

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) was upset after learning that her father had fallen in love with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). So, she immediately informed her mother and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and then sought out Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

Hope’s reaction fits a pattern. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is Hope’s go-to confidant. She has always been close to her mom and could not confide in her father because he has a problem. But one of Hope’s emergent patterns in recent months is to use Thomas as a means of escaping reality.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Is Used Again

Thomas was perceived as the unstable villain for years. He earned that reputation because of his excessive pursuit, despite the known unrequited love he offered.

Of course, calling Thomas’ feelings love was debatable. Then came the fantastical and soapy mannequin storyline.

Yet, in a clever writing twist, TPTB have Thomas serving as the object of Hope’s obsession. She told him directly that she is not yet in love with him but openly cavorts with Thomas on repeated occasions.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Claims No Knowledge

When pressed by Brooke, Hope again said that she could not explain why she is drawn to Thomas. That answer confounded Brooke, who returned from Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) apartment with Ridge.

Hope’s impulsive decision to lock the Forrester Creations’ executive suite door was okay by Thomas. He repeatedly tells Hope that he loves her and believes that she is developing her feelings for him in that direction.

Brooke sees that Hope is playing with fire. Thomas would be devastated if Hope ever broke off this connection with him. While he stabilized himself, Thomas’ self-control was hardly a strength.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Deacon Sharpe Unable To Explain His Feelings

Deacon implored Brooke and, to an extent, Ridge, to give Sheila a chance. They responded as Hope did.

Brooke can not believe that Deacon would cede the progress he made, which most especially includes the relationship he has with their daughter. But Deacon has convinced himself that Sheila is the one woman in the world who gets him better than any other.

Deacon’s inability to understand his draw to Sheila mimics Hope’s desire to be with Thomas.

Viewers see the parallel links to the engaging father and daughter storylines and their unpredictable outcomes on B&B.
