B&B Spoilers: Will Finn Save Sheila’s Life?

John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has already dealt with his bio mom Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) faking a heart attack for attention in the past, so when he learns she has been brought into the ER, he is skeptical and goes to see what is really going on.

It turns out Sheila really did have a heart attack and is in critical condition, but what is even more shocking is his adoptive mom, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), refusing to help Sheila. She is a doctor and took an oath to always help and do no harm and now she says she is ready to do nothing and allow Sheila to die because Li feels she deserves it.

This is one year from the time when Sheila shot Finn and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and left them for dead, so Li’s feelings are understandable. But again, she is a doctor and should be able to put those feelings aside.

BB Spoilers – What Will John Finn Finnegan Do Now?

When Sheila flatlines, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease Finn has to make a decision about whether to step in on this case as the nurse charges the paddles to try to shock her and revive her. What compounds things for Finn is the fact that Setffy is there watching and would also like to see Sheila dead.

“He knows Steffy’s feelings around Sheila, which is a little more predictable,” Tanner Novlan said in the April 10, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “But Li’s feelings are a shock for him. That really puts him in a tough spot because he respects his mom as a doctor and physician. He has a real crisis of conscience to face.”

In the end, Finn does what any decent doctor would do and revives Sheila, saving her life. Plus, this is his birth mother. He knows she is a sociopath, but there is no way he can let her die.
