B&B Spoilers: What About Ridge? – Brooke And Taylor Go Too Far

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is trying to adjust to whatever Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) are doing. If the ladies were brutally honest with themselves and Ridge, they would admit their bond is a work in progress.

Brooke and Taylor were legitimately exhausted through their participation in the romantic triangle that was only recently revived. Hardcore fans know many years have passed since Ridge was last married to Taylor, but he has been married to Brooke multiple times, reaching a ridiculous total of eight, with the most recent union that began in 2018.

The look on Brooke’s face when she was hugging it out with Taylor, as Ridge predicted they would do when leaving Forrester Creations’ design office, was conflicted. She was not sure if she wanted to or could resist Ridge.

Why should Brooke resist Ridge? She formed an alliance with Taylor based on their mutual desire to end their blended family’s discord.

But the pact happened when Ridge was assumed to be living in Europe. He occasionally checked in but was not physically present. The in-person aspect is what has often melted Brooke’s heart, and almost did so again the other night at her home when he arrived for the planned family dinner.

B&B Spoilers – Taylor Hayes Wants Family Dinner Too

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Taylor told Ridge she would invite him to the cliff house for a Forrester family dinner. But she added an extra comment that was half-serious and half-comical.

Ridge heard that if their children, John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), and the grandchildren could not attend the dinner, then Taylor would cancel out. She offered that jest based on Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) being unable to attend Brooke’s family get-together.

Like Brooke, Taylor means well. She did not deserve to be Ridge’s second choice for many years. However, Taylor arguably sent mixed signals to Ridge on many occasions across the decades.

Ridge knows that he has a level of influence on Brooke and Taylor. They love him. He loves Brooke most and Taylor to an immeasurable lesser degree, and they know it.

So, Kaye’s character is waiting this out. He will see if Brooke and Taylor can withhold their desire to be married to him or only be in a romantic relationship.
