Eric Forrester (John McCook) is caught between the Earthly realm and Heaven. Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) consoles Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz).

However, it seems Luna gets busted. Plus, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) share a somber embrace.

Fans will also see Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

B&B spoilers for the week of December 18 reveal that Eric had his experimental procedure. There was a complication, but John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) managed it.

However, it appears that there is another complication as Eric greets Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) in Heaven.

Stephanie calls for Eric to come toward the light. However, Eric also gets flashes of his loved ones that are still living. So, it’s clear that Eric will probably face a choice to stay in Heaven or return to Earth.

B&B Spoilers – Luna Nozawa’s Sin

During the week of December 18, fans will see Luna’s love triangle between RJ and Zende officially begin. Photos show Luna consoling Zende in the Forrester Creations office.

However, it appears that Luna and Zende might get interrupted. Ridge and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) both have a stunned look on their faces. Then, a photo shows a guilty Luna talking with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).

To be fair, the photo shows Luna putting her hand on Zende’s shoulder. Considering what’s happening with Eric, that is totally acceptable behavior. However, it might look like something else to Ridge, Steffy, and perhaps even Carter.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of December 18 reveal that another photo shows RJ and Ridge sharing an embrace. From the somber look on Ridge’s face, Eric’s fate must not yet be certain. Ridge is putting a lot of guilt on himself over Eric’s medical power of attorney.

So, perhaps RJ can ease Ridge’s guilt. At the same time, Ridge can offer RJ some words of wisdom when it comes to complicated family situation.

There is also a photo of a very serious Brooke speaking with Hope. Then, there is a photo of Hope with her head cocked to the side.

Hope’s facial expression is hard to read, but is definitely with attitude. So it sounds like Brooke might be lecturing Hope about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) again!
