B&B spoilers reveal that Thomas was on the right track for a while. However, Thomas just had to shake things up by interfering in Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) marriage. After Ridge ended his marriage with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), the designer spun around to marry Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). However, it was during the wedding when Steffy announced Thomas’ scheme to end “Bridge” in favor of “Tridge.”

Since Thomas’ Child Protective Services scheme was exposed, he has lost everything. Eric Forrester (John McCook) kicked Thomas out of the mansion. Thomas also lost his job designing clothes for Hope’s fashion line. Thomas was also canned from Forrester Creations.

Staying with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White), Thomas will plot his next move. That could involve getting custody of Douglas. According to the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, which comes out on Friday, February 3, 2022, Thomas initates a custody battle. Thomas isn’t asking for visitation rights or even joint custody. Now Thomas is demanding full and sole custody of his son.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Steffy has always rooted for Thomas. Even during Thomas’ darkest moments, Steffy believed that her brother was capable of doing better. Steffy, Ridge and Taylor have all defended Thomas and given him multiple chances.

This time, it seems that Thomas might have finally gone too far. It’s possible that Steffy is done with her brother. Steffy gave a hint of that when Thomas suggested he be hired back to work on Hope for the Future.

So, it’s possible that Steffy could testify against Thomas during the custody proceedings. After all, Steffy will want to protect Douglas from any further manipulations by Thomas.

There is reason to believe that a judge will compromise and assign joint custody. Of course, Douglas was once again manipulated, used and pressured by Thomas. Douglas really believed his father was better. The CPS scheme and voice-changer app might have changed how Douglas sees Thomas forever.
