B&B Spoilers: Thomas Positioned To Realize Unthinkable Dream – Pressure Pushing Liam To Snap

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) never expected to be in this position. Returning as Hope for the Future’s lead designer was believed to be Forrester Creations’ only call. But Thomas did not anticipate the head of HFTF expressing romantic feelings for him.

Devoted viewers recall Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) stymied Thomas at every turn as recently as earlier this year. She did so because of the relentless pressure he applied to her since returning from New York.

But Hope told her mother that she admires Thomas’ redemptive efforts and is impressed by the new soapy leaf he turned over. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) was mortified by her daughter’s tacit romantic admission.

Hope was as pure as Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could hope. Her fidelity to him was unquestioned, and he did not take it for granted since returning to her after leaving Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

However, viewers saw the steady change in Hope’s mind after Thomas was re-hired. He had himself in check and presented what was in his heart for the first time.

Noelle’s character felt like she was meeting and working with a new man. Hope felt sorry for Thomas and then allowed that sympathy to grow into something she never saw coming and can not control.

Thomas knows Hope has developed feelings for him, and he is in a different position than ever before. Atkinson’s character held animus toward Liam because he felt Clifton’s character was not good enough for Hope.

But Thomas’ belief that Liam did not appreciate Hope denied the genuineness of her love for her husband. Eventually, Thomas was forced to admit that his thoughts were wrong.

Knowing that Hope has developed feelings for him allows Thomas to relax. He is no longer on the defensive. With that, his demeanor has changed significantly.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Liam Spencer Switches Places With Rival

Liam always knew that Hope’s devotion to him meant Thomas had no shot. Liam’s anger toward Thomas was based on him basically harassing Hope and having exploited Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) loss.

But the Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) angle is not nearly as relevant now. Thomas’ ploy, to use Caroline’s death to create a bond with Hope, worked. Hope’s dynamic shift has altered Liam’s considerations.

Liam is fighting to preserve or possibly even save his marriage and family. Unless or until Hope’s outlook on Thomas changes, Liam appears destined to lose on B&B.
