B&B Spoilers: Thomas Cracks Under Death Pressure

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have been hinting at a Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) meltdown for months now.  Everyone knows the real reason the Forresters have been against his romance with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is because they are afraid the stress of the relationship will make him snap and resort to his old mannequin ways.  But, what happens next on The Bold and the Beautiful no one really saw coming.

According to B&B spoilers, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will break the news to Thomas and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about their grandfather.  We all have been concerned about how Steffy would take the news, but Thomas’ reaction will everyone off.

Thomas Forrester hasn’t always been especially close with Eric Forrester (John McCook).  Their relationship has definitely been strained at times.

Recently Eric began to see Thomas in a new light and was definitely proud of his grandson’s design work at Hope For The Future.

Maybe the old Thomas wouldn’t have been fazed by Eric’s death sentence.  But the new and improved Thomas Forrester is heartbroken.  This is the first traumatic thing to happen in Thomas’ life since his surgery and manic episodes.

We all thought his toxic relationship with Hope Logan would push him over the edge, but learning Eric Forrester is dying seems to be the straw that breaks the mental health camel’s back.

B&B Spoilers – Is Thomas Going To The Mental Hospital

Of course, the last thing the Forrester Family needs is for Thomas to spiral out of control and begin hallucinating again.  Losing Eric and dealing with the stress of a funeral will prove to be too much.

B&B rumors hint Thomas’ mother Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will push to have her son checked in to a mental health facility.

If Thomas loses his marble, will hope stand by her “man?”  Or will she hightail it back to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)?  Do you feel bad for Thomas?
