Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has done everything he can to get Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) to accept his marriage proposal, but nothing feels right in her eyes. On the surface, it all looks as if everything Sheila has ever dreamed of is coming true, but it’s just too good to be true and Bill doesn’t know what to do next.

With Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and the FBI watching, he has to make her believe everything he is saying is on the up and up but he is also ready to break character and tell Sheila exactly what he thinks of her. When that happens, all hell breaks loose in Bill’s living room and their relationship takes a twisted turn nobody ever expected. Will one of them end up dead and one of them end up in more trouble than ever?

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Gives Some Sisterly Advice

Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) may have a pitiful — or even non-existent — love life at the moment, but that won’t stop her from dishing out advice to others. Katie Logan (Heather Tom) seems to have it bad for Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and vice versa, but they have yet to consummate their relationship and Katie is still quite worried about what is going on with Bill.

With the thought of her ex-husband in her mind, Katie might be letting that get in the way of whatever has been going on with Carter. Then again, she might also remember Carter’s track record with women and his habit of falling in love with almost anyone who walks by him. Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes), Paris Buckingham (Diamond White), and Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) come to mind.

Carter didn’t even want to end it with Quinn. She is the one who left him and Katie worries that she is just a rebound woman. She confesses her fears to Brooke, so the elder sister doles out some advice. Will it be good advice, and if it is, will Katie listen?
