The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and rumors tease that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) could find herself with a shocking dilemma. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) grown son RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) wants to date his mother’s formal rival, shocking Taylor!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Is This About Mom Dating A Younger Man?

Taylor had fixed Brooke up on a date with Paul Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) the waiter at Il Giardino, and she went out with him a couple of times. Paul is much younger than Brooke, closer to Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) age, and RJ arrives home from Europe and hears of it, and he’s not really happy. Even though technically, during the years that she and Ridge were married, Taylor could be considered a stepmother, she never raised him or really got to know him.

Now Taylor is approached by the now twenty-something RJ, who is interning at Forrester Creations and he asks her for a date! She has to wonder if he’s doing so because of unhappiness over Brooke dating Hollis, or if he wants to keep her unavailable to his father.

B & B Spoilers – Taylor Hayes Invites RJ To A Family Meal

Taylor decides to strike a noncommittal stance of inviting RJ to a family meal with herself and his half-siblings at the beach house she recently bought from Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). The children are included, so RJ can meet his little cousins on the Forrester side and get better acquainted with Thomas and Steffy Forrester-Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood). Brooke is also invited if she wants to come, although Taylor doesn’t tell her that her son wanted a date with her; that is just too awkward. It may be awkward for RJ if she comes to the family dinner, should he accept-it’s not exactly what he had in mind, but it’s not a flat turndown; he accepts.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – One Big Happy Confused Family

RJ has gotten somewhat acquainted with both Thomas and Steffy at work, although he’s interning in a different area. Brooke does show up, and the date RJ wanted with Taylor is never mentioned. All in all the group has a pleasant time, albeit there’s a tad of awkwardness between Thomas and Brooke.

Taylor has met RJ in the middle she thinks, and made a way for him to get better acquainted with her in a “safe space” with no romantic intentions. Taylor doesn’t have a problem being a friend to RJ, but when it comes to dating, she has to draw the line.
