RJ, along with John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) urged Liam to fly to Rome to support Hope. That encouragement led to disaster, as Liam witnessed what appears to be the end of his marriage and the official start of Hope’s romantic connection to Thomas.

But Liam became forlorn after learning that Hope betrayed his trust and broke their marriage vows. He may be too tired to fight for Hope after fighting Thomas to date.

Brooke has always had a lot to say about many topics, most especially family matters. Her recent reconciliation with Ridge could mean that they stand united regarding Hope and Thomas’ coupling.

As viewers recall, Brooke was not naive about Hope’s developing feelings. When directly questioned, Hope admitted that she felt a twinge for Thomas and behaved erratically.

The above conversation followed a frantic one, weeks before, where Hope told Brooke she was glad to be nothing like her. That out-of-character comment alerted Brooke to Hope’s marital problems.

Taylor will likely continue her pattern of blaming Brooke for everything from the lack of peace in all nations to a rainstorm that impacted LA. So, linking Brooke’s notorious romantic reputation to Hope chasing after Thomas is hardly a stretch.

But behind closed doors, Taylor seems primed to question Thomas’ judgment. His willingness to pursue a hoped-for relationship with Noelle’s character will affect his family dealings and potentially impact his role as Hope for the Future’s lead designer.

Most importantly, Taylor will likely remind Thomas that if Hope has revealed herself as being like her mother, then another factor will be in play. Just as Brooke broke Ridge’s heart on many occasions, so too could Hope break Thomas’ on B&B.
