B&B Spoilers: Steffy Creates Consequences – Taylor Reinforces Tough Love

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) agreed to become Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) custodian. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) was initially surprised at his son’s decision, choosing his aunt over both parents, but believes that is good news.

Thomas asked Steffy to be his witness at the hearing, where custody issues were to be resolved. But instead of one of two anticipated solutions, Douglas created a new road.

Steffy soon found herself in Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) position, with Thomas finding fault with Wood’s character.

Caroline Spencer’s (Linsey Godfrey) death forced Thomas to make a decision. He felt it best to move back to Los Angeles, California, with his son.

Soon after they returned, Thomas began to fixate on Hope. Continuity dialogue helped to explain that Thomas was not involved with Hope in the past, with viewers asked to believe that she became a new love interest.

But Thomas used Hope. First, as a replacement mother for his child and as the revealed object of a ruse. He pushed Douglas and Hope together to attempt to create a pathway to a relationship with Noelle’s character, who was and remains in love with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

B&B Spoilers – Kudos To Matthew Atkinson And Henry Joseph Samiri

The double recast, with Atkinson and Samiri joining the show in 2019, was a major change in direction. Both actors have delivered outstanding performances since their debuts. Atkinson and Samiri appeared worthy of eventual Daytime Emmy awards.

The creative turns TPTB have created for Thomas created some of the more memorable storylines. Samiri’s performances underscore natural talent that develops in the right setting during what may be the early stages of this young actor’s career.

Thomas’ bad parenting, coupled with Douglas’ range of responses, has provided the audience with compelling drama.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Taylor Hayes Backs Her Daughter

Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) wants her son to be a better father and family member. She no longer makes excuses for him or underestimates the level of consequences his childish behavior creates.

Thomas’ reckless, thoughtless actions altered the trajectory of numerous lives. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) may never have left Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) or sought to remarry Taylor if not for Thomas’ voice application aided frame. Taylor was swept into that mess and, like her son, withheld the truth from Ridge, which created an unthinkable rift.

A new outlook exists in the Forrester family. The patriarch’s, Eric Forrester (John McCook), recent chat with his grandson implied that a quick rebound is not something Thomas will experience.

When the character Atkinson so masterfully portrays realizes that his mother and sister no longer buy his nonsense, something will give. Viewers should anticipate Thomas becoming dangerous if he repeats and intensifies his vindictive pattern on B&B.
