Dollar Bill did not hesitate in warning Finn and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). He told them, in threatening terms, that if they told the judge what Sheila did to them in the alley behind Il Giardino, he would respond by reporting Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) to the authorities.

Sheila was gazing toward the area where Il Giardino’s alley is located while in Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) new restaurant. She knew her son would never forget what happened in that setting.

B&B Spoilers – Bill Spencer’s Turnaround Is Proof

Bill forgave a deeply regretful Taylor (then played by Hunter Tylo) for shooting him in the back. She retaliated because Bill cavorted with her vulnerable daughter, Steffy, who was with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) at that time in the plot.

Bill’s fondness for Steffy dates back many years. But his warm feelings for Li only stretch back to last year, when he found her living outside a restaurant by the wharf.

It does not make sense that Bill would turn his back on Steffy based on the length of their connection. But his willingness to report Li is actually more shocking because he just formed his bond with her.

The manner of Bill’s turnaround is proof that something yet to be defined is off. Sheila is either taking advantage of Bill’s dark depression, drugging him, enforcing mind control, or some form of manipulation.

Sheila told Deacon not to underestimate her. She said leaving Los Angeles, California, was not going to happen.

Deacon was at first stunned by the realization of Sheila’s predictions. But he quickly became curious because he knows how she thinks.

Brown’s character used the shield Bill inexplicably provided to escape legal justice. So, she will likely continue to use his protection to force the reconnection with Finn and his family that she predicted on B&B.
