Ridge was truly impressed that Bill was willing to become intimately involved with Sheila as a means of forcing her to admit to having committed murder. The masterful game he played caused Sheila to believe that Bill had fallen in love.

While Bill and Ridge said they were only partnering to get Sheila, further joint efforts would make for appealing soap.

B&B Spoilers – Who Is Next After Sheila Carter?

Sheila’s damaged psyche caused her to think Bill saw her as a soulmate. He used her weak spot to create a conversation post-engagement.

The reveals Sheila offered were enough to allow Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) to arrest her at Il Giardino. But she attempted to escape until Bill outwitted her again, arriving in the infamous alley behind Il Giardino, where she ran to.

Sheila was never Bill’s love. While he continues to hope Katie Logan (Heather Tom) returns to him, she is with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) now. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) appears to have no plans to be Bill’s backup plan. So, a new love would seem right at this point in the plot.

TPTB could SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) Will Finnegan (most recently played by Finnegan George) into a teenager or young adult. He would provide a new challenge for his brothers, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), and Bill.

Connected characters can no longer deny the work Bill put in to become a better man paid off. The risk he took to get Sheila was massive and helped his loved ones. Respect must also be offered by those who did not think highly of him as well on B&B.
