B&B Spoilers: Ridge Signals Revival – Brooke Always Knew Love

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tried to will himself away from a rebound. He wanted Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) to convince him that whatever she believes destiny represents was something different than the pattern they have been repeating for decades. Ridge was mentally exhausted after Brooke aligned herself with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) as a method to try and prevent him from re-coupling with either lady.

Any guy, especially one who was married to both ladies more than once, and Brooke many more times than that, would be leery. But Rome, Italy has a certain charm. Add in the familiarity of the location setting and Ridge and Brooke were bound to restart their love story.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Has This Love Story Ever Truly Ended?

A one-word answer to the subject header would be no. Ridge and Brooke have loved each other from the moment they saw each other when this soap began in 1987.

They were not each other’s first spouses. But they have been married an incredible eight times. That level of commitment can be countered by anyone, including Brooke or Ridge, who would argue that their eight breakups are of equal importance.

Terming what Brooke and Ridge have as a love story is subjective. It could also be called a relationship that reflects the immaturity of both halves.

B&B Spoilers – But What About This Destiny Theory?

Brooke uses the term destiny to project her belief that she and Ridge will always revive their romantic connection, thinking that it is unbreakable. To date, her idea is more than a theory, it is fact.

Ridge assumed this was true until he found both women who he loved having made a pact. Brooke and Taylor’s agreement was based on their conclusion that the draw to Ridge scrambled their brains and caused them to be rivals.

Taylor recently tried to orchestrate Brooke’s connection with two other men so she could have Ridge for herself. Lang’s character eventually saw through it and ended their pact.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan’s Resilience Matters

Brooke was not going to allow Taylor to have Ridge. That decision supports those who thought Brooke only aligned herself with Taylor because she was shaken by her intended remarriage to Ridge.

The remarriage would have happened if not for Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) scandalous frame having been revealed minutes before Taylor and Ridge were going to participate in their re-nuptial ceremony.

Despite everything, Brooke has kept her love for Ridge above all else. Rome projects as the setting where this long-time couple reaffirms their enduring love on B&B.
