The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was openly claiming to not believe in eternal love. But his heart overruled his mind the moment he spotted Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) through the famous Aventine Keyhole.

Deep kudos to TPTB for incorporating a real-life landmark into the tipping point of Brooke and Ridge’s latest reconciliation storyline. Ridge’s second peek through the keyhole revealed and reinforced Brooke’s beautiful presence.

The above was a stark contrast to the drama Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was experiencing at the same moment elsewhere in Rome, Italy.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan Arrived At The Right Destination

According to B&B spoilers, Brooke told Ridge that he was silly. She was not going to get lost on her way to meet him. Yet, Brooke previously said she was directionally challenged.

Her lack of direction was not the reason Brooke was unable to locate Ridge. Viewers saw that the smartphone’s battery was not charged. So, she could not access the internet and use walking distance GPS.

Viewers suspended disbelieve because people of Brooke’s generation are part of the pre-digital and digital ages. So, they know how to ask their fellow human beings for directions or to use landmarks to guide them in generally familiar territory.

Brooke has been to Italy in the past. She has a working knowledge of Italian and could have or did ask for assistance. These concepts might be lost on those who have allowed themselves to be overly reliant on technology of any kind, regardless of their age ranges.

B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer Felt Lost In Italy

Meanwhile, Liam thought he was going to give his wife a gift. He decided to take John Finn Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) and RJ Forrester’s (Joshua Hoffman) advice and fly to Italy to be with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).

Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) aided his son’s cause by providing the Spencer Publications’ jet. Both men fly to Italy, Liam took the car his dad ordered for him, and he arrived shortly after all fashion festivities concluded.

The drama would have been avoided if Hope had not decided to go on a walking trip with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). But this is daytime.

So, Liam walked purposely through the streets of Rome. Because he was not using a tracking device to keep tabs on Hope or Thomas, for that matter, Clifton’s character offered one of his better reaction shots in years when spotting his wife and self-proclaimed nemesis kissing.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – To The Victor Newman Goes The Spoils

Ridge’s pledge to Brooke, on the other side of the Aventine Keyhole, meant that she defeated Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

Did Taylor ever really have a chance at getting Ridge back after withholding Thomas’ frame of Brooke? No.

So, as was anticipated, Rome served as the memorable setting where Brooke and Ridge realized and reclaimed their destiny on B&B.
