The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will keep his father’s secret and try to make things easy for Eric Forrester (John McCook).

Well, at least easier for his dying father-he’s already conceded the fashion showdown even though in fact Ridge won, and he knew his father needed that one last win.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – One Last Win-His Grand Finale

Eric kept referring to this design line as his “grand finale” and now Ridge understands why-although he has decided not to confront Eric head-on about his terminal illness.

Eric didn’t want anyone else to know, and he doesn’t want to betray his son RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) who couldn’t hold it in any longer.

He decides if his father is terminally ill and didn’t want anyone to know, then that request should be honored, and he’s going to honor it.

However, now that Ridge, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) RJ and even Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) knows it’s practically common knowledge-unbeknownst to Eric!

It’s soon discovered Katie Logan (Heather Tom) also knows along with, naturally, Donna Logan (Jennifer Garies).

B & B Spoilers – To The Doctor For Some Answers

Ridge and Brooke go with Donna to see Eric’s doctor to demand answers from Dr. Colin Colby (Justiin Davis) but he cannot give them any.

It’s extremely frustrating, because of all the unanswered questions-Ridge thinks some second opinions need to be sought.

There have to be better doctors and more conclusive testing procedures to make sure Eric hasn’t been misdiagnosed.

Ridge will soon find out the hard way that all the money in the world cannot fix what’s wrong with Eric.

Ridge decides on a plan to keep his dad’s spirits up and takes on a new project at the Forrester Creations office.

He makes sure Eric has a more active role in the company for the time he has left, but realizes the dire situation is having a profound effect on their relationship.

Ridge determines not to let their relationship be defined by any sort of secrets; going forward it will be defined by the love they have for one another.
