B&B Spoilers: Ridge Finds Brooke Irresistible – Will Pact Hold?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is back in business. His return to Forrester Creations happened because he and his new partner, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), were able to successfully trap Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

The realization of their well-planned and executed goal means that Sheila should be prosecuted and put in prison. That has yet to happen, with B&B fans holding their breath.

Ridge seems certain that Sheila has been handled. He also feels sure that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) can not resist his charms.

Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) was recently speaking to her children. They discussed the dinner Ridge was set to have with Brooke at the Logan compound.

Brooke planned a nice family meal for Ridge, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), and their children. But Hope had to cancel at the last minute because she and Liam needed some alone time to hash out Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) rehire.

So, Taylor did not initially know that Brooke’s family dinner morphed into a one-on-one test with Ridge. The resulting overtures jeopardized Brooke and Taylor’s pact to resist Ridge.

Ridge bought that ruse because of all that has happened through the years. Brooke’s admitted penchant for disrupting their many marriages caused Ridge to default to a defensive position. He thought she was attacking his family due to her supposed bias against Thomas.

The pact with Taylor is about peace of mind. Brooke never denies loving Ridge. But she has never been able to sustain a permanent connection to him. Eight marriages overly prove that point.

Within any romantic triangle, there can be varying degrees of blame. It is fair to assert that Ridge, Brooke, and Taylor share equally in how they have behaved for decades.

Loving two women meant that Ridge had to choose between Brooke and Taylor in the past. They were willing to fight each other for his affection, believing that whichever realized union was the final triumph.

Ridge had months to be apart from both ladies. But unless he has developed respect for himself and them, Kaye’s character may continue his eternal pursuits on B&B.
