The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate a war is brewing in Los Angeles, again.

Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) love triangle is heating up on the CBS soap opera and everyone is beginning to choose sides, including her father Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Steffy Forrester is a daddy’s girl through and through, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) knows this.

Over the years Steffy and Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) drama has continued to come between their parents Ridge and Brooke, and this time is no exception.

At the end of the day, Ridge really could care less what goes down between Steffy and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

All the overprotective father knows is that Liam is not related to Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and he doesn’t have to worry about his daughter getting shot again while she is with him.

Ridge’s seal of approval on Liam and Steffy’s romance breaks Brooke’s heart.  Obviously, she wants Liam to be with her daughter Hope Logan, it’s no secret that Brooke loathes Thomas Forrester and doesn’t want him around her daughter.

Refusing to support her and Ridge’s son only drives a further wedge between Brooke and her man.

If Ridge helps Liam seal the deal and leave Hope with looney Thomas, Brooke Logan is never going to forgive him.

According to B&B spoilers, at this rate Brooke and Ridge won’t even make it down the aisle this summer for their umpteenth wedding.

On the bright side, if you are a Taylor Hayes fan, now is her opportunity to win her husband back.

Taylor is reportedly back in town on The Bold and the Beautiful, and we know she will be more than willing to pick up the pieces for Ridge Forrester and give him a shoulder to cry on.

Is Ridge making a big mistake supporting Liam and Steffy?  Will it cost him his relationship with Brooke Logan?
