Sheila’s release into civilized society is a far more serious threat to the Forrester and Logan families than Hope and Thomas behaving like high school prom dates. Brown’s character can not control her inner rage and will undoubtedly seek to be part of everyone’s lives again.

The Sheila angle is intriguing because it should help Ridge and Brooke to avoid petty disagreements about their children. If Hope wants Thomas and Atkinson’s character maintains his mental health, then so be that new couple.

Yes, there are considerations to be made regarding Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) and Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza). But Douglas will be thrilled that his parents are back together, and Beth will adapt to the new family dynamic like Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras Mckinlay) when Liam left that family arrangement and returned to Hope.

Ridge and Brooke owe it to themselves to only become so involved in other people’s problems, even if they are family. But the Sheila problem is one that they and any other affected character can stand together with on B&B.
