He decides to sweep her off her feet after their tense conversation before she left. Liam didn’t want Hope to go to Rome with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

Soap Opera Digest suggests that Liam is making the preparation to arrive in Italy. He wants to show his love for Hope. Liam thinks it’s the perfect way since they celebrated their love there before. Plus, he also fears that Hope will end up falling in love with Thomas while she’s there.
