Is Finn truly working these hours because he has to or is there far more to this than meets the eye?

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers indicate that Steffy may have a bit too much time to think after seeing Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) drastic change in feelings. Steffy knows that Hope loves Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and she would never have believed that Hope would consider cheating on Liam. However, Steffy has faced that things do not always stay the same.

If Hope can develop feelings for Thomas is it not possible that Finn could have found someone at work that he is attracted to? After all, Liam and Hope’s love life has been amazing according to him. Could all of Finn’s extra attention to Steffy be a cover-up for his actions as well? Has Finn strayed from the straight-laced doctor he used to be?

B&B Spoilers – John Finnegan Has Been Through A Lot

Finn survived being shot and almost killed. Finn was unconscious for weeks before finally waking up to find himself being held by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Finn believed that Sheila had killed his mother. Finn was kept from his family. Sheila held him, prisoner, for days. When Finn was finally rescued after having to be revived twice, he immediately went after Steffy.

When Finn returned home, he went back to work as soon as possible. Finn didn’t take the time to deal with any of these emotional issues. Finn decided to move on with his life until he and Steffy were blackmailed into not testifying against his mother. Finn could certainly have strayed from his marriage vows after everything that has happened instead of burying himself in his work.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Is John Finnegan On The Up And Up?

Finn and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) have discussed Finn possibly becoming the head of his department. Li has mentioned Finn working extra hours in hopes of making this happen. However, it has been months since this discussion took place and there is still no mention of a promotion. Is Finn still working toward this goal or is there something else going on?

Wanting a promotion truly makes no sense if Finn truly wants to spend time with his family after all the time he was away. Why would Finn want to have to work more hours instead of being home with his family? Perhaps instead of Steffy judging Hope, she needs to look in her own backyard. Why is Finn spending so much time at work? Does that mean he is interested in someone new?
