B&B Spoilers: Hope’s Not Acting Like Hope, A DID Alter In Hot Pursuit Of Thomas?

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) not acting like Hope lately, fantasizing about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Could she be developing dissociative identity disorder, or DID, and an alter, or alternate personality’s in hot pursuit of Thomas?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Fantasies, Or Hallucinations?

One sign that Hope may be developing dissociative identity disorder is that her fantasies about Thomas are not willful, she’s not choosing to fantasize and they seem more like hallucinations. Hope didn’t act like her usual sweet self when she lit into her mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) over all her man-hopping history. That’s another sign that there is an alternate bad girl personality version of Hope to make herself known any time-another sign is if Hope does things she forgets.

There was a lot of discussion prior to Hope’s finding herself fighting attractions to Thomas about how Brooke was glad that Hope wasn’t like her when it came to men. Then there was the fall from the riser where Thomas caught her, and they fell backwards onto the couch with her straddling his lap-resulting in lustful look in her eye.

B & B Spoilers – A Downward Spiral?

It’s possible with all the stress Hope has been through over the past few months that she is on a downward spiral; she just went through a custody crisis. Thomas had sued for full custody of Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) and Douglas chose to live with Steffy Forrester-Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) ultimately coming back to Hope. There was Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) stress when Hope’s mom, aunt, husband and brother in law worried Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) had lost his mind. There was the near loss of her fashion line, “Hope For The Future” when Thomas had been fired, and the stress of Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) disapproval of his rehire.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Off The Rails And Who Is She?

Luckily for Hope, with her working closely with Thomas and her mother being best friends with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) Taylor should see Hope quite a bit. If Hope is heading off the rails and seems to be a radically different personality, Taylor should see the signs. If Hope’s alter is of the sneaky type the alter may impersonate Good Hope to hide Bad Hope, or else Bad Hope will come out at unexpected times.

Viewers who also watch The Young and The Restless may remember “Bad Billy” a gum smacking, revenge-filled version of Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) who saw his dead daughter. Hope’s alter may not be as bad as bad Billy, but might be an alter who turns the tables and obsesses over Thomas and stalks him!
