B&B Spoilers: Hope’s Marriage In Trouble As Liam Rages, Turns To Thomas For Comfort?

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and rumors tease Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) marriage is in trouble as Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) rages. He’d given an ultimatum between her line and her marriage after finding out she hired Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope feels like he doesn’t trust her!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – She Doesn’t Feel Heard

Hope’s biggest problem stemming from the brouhaha between herself and Liam is over the rehire of Thomas to bring her fashion line, “Hope For The Future” back to the top. Hope doesn’t feel heard by her husband and not trusted, to make good decisions or to have good judgment, and he really seems to think she can’t tell when Thomas obsesses.

Liam doesn’t understand how important her work and career are to her, it’s like they’re on two different pages in life lately and he’s not being supportive at all.

Hope thinks back to the last time they had a near breakup-after Thomas started hallucinating over the Hope mannequin; no one knew he was under the influence of a brain aneurysm.

Liam had automatically assumed Hope was cheating on him with Thomas when he saw him fondling the mannequin and didn’t even bother to check in with her.

B & B Spoilers – She Doesn’t Feel Valued

Liam is making one of the worst mistakes a man can make with his wife or girlfriend by not really listening to Hope’s heart, and only seeing through a filter. Liam’s filter is of of jealousy and insecurity, even though he’ll never admit that deep down he’s intimidated by Thomas and doesn’t feel like he’s part of Hope’s work world.

Hope’s creativity is a part of her that Thomas shares and he doesn’t and he can never hope to – Liam just isn’t the creative and artistic type. As a result, Hope feels neither heard, understood, nor valued, and she certainly doesn’t feel trusted.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester’s Supportive

After the kerfuffle that happened when Liam barged into the fitting room, and assumed Thomas was groping her when all he was doing was fitting a gown, Hope tried reassurance. Liam had another tantrum and accused her of things going on that weren’t, and demanded either she quit her job or fire Thomas.

For Hope, this is a death knell for their relationship but she fixes him a special dinner to try and reassure Liam.

All the while she’s thinking how supportive Thomas is compared to Liam, and how he understands her so much better. As Liam argues all through the dinner and barely appreciates it, she starts to think comfort from Thomas might not be so bad.
