The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) allowed her mind to veer to Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). But has she fallen out of love with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)?

When challenged by Liam, Hope responded by citing his devotion to Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

She deflected Liam’s focus on what happened between her willfully choosing to kiss Thomas in Rome, Italy, to her perception of Liam’s mentality.

Doing so revealed her motivation for suddenly becoming interested in a man who she repeatedly rejected.

Liam did go back and forth between Steffy and Hope, marrying each of them three times. He also married Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) in between.

As is true of all other human beings worldwide, Liam does not control what other people do.

Hope influences Liam, just as he influences her but both people are adults and are not robots. They have free will and use it to make choices.

Clifton’s character is using his free will to begin pursuing Steffy again because that is exactly what he is doing.

Telling Wood’s character that he would never give her up if he had a do-over was as direct a message as he could offer.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Working Off Emotion

Hope’s insecurities are understandable. But she is avoiding responsibility for her predicament due to being part of a triangle with Liam and Steffy.

Thomas’ feelings for Hope could be classified as a fixation rather than love. She is clearly his muse and has embraced an extension of what that means.

But Hope’s motivation was built by years of uncertainty. She never felt that Liam only wanted her and cited the contrast to Thomas as a reason for being with him.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Needs Time And Guidance

Thomas has a fragile personality. He dealt with instability and only recently began receiving regular therapy.

Viewers have not been told if he is also on prescription medication but his steady, focused demeanor appears to represent more than self-control.

Time will need to pass before Thomas can accurately assess whether Hope is the right woman for him. He can also benefit from compassionate guidance from his loved ones.

Thomas wanted Hope since returning from New York. Now that he has finally realized his dream of having her, Thomas will need to determine if she wants a life with him on B&B.
