Well, Thomas allowed himself to get so carried away with his fixation on destroying Hope’s mother. So, he used a voice-altering application to frame her. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) bought Thomas’ setup, that Brooke reported Atkinson’s character to Child Services for endangering Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).

Steffy pushed for Thomas to return to HFTF because the line was tanking. Hope agreed despite telling Liam she would follow his advice and not bring him back. The truth is that Thomas has himself under control. But Hope can not claim the same.

B730B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Buying Time

Hope began having feelings for Thomas in recent months. She was not initially sure why, but her recent comments provide the audience with a believable reason.

Her tense conversation with Liam at the cabin, where he asked her if Steffy’s speculation was true, revealed something intriguing. Hope told Liam she does not have feelings for Thomas. But before doing so, she said that Atkinson’s character is a changed man.

There is no doubt that Hope is impressed that Thomas has reformed himself. She has also been deeply impacted, to an unknowable degree, by the relentless praise he has offered through the years. She is trying to come to grips with intrusive thoughts about Thomas, with her denial tactics being part of that process.

Hope won the battle with Steffy over Liam. Wood’s character normally gets what she wants through determination and hard work. But she did not keep Liam, who demonstrated that Hope was his deeper love.

Hardcore fans recall that Steffy recognized Liam’s disinterest in remaining with her and told him to return to Hope. He did and has remained loyal. Hope never gave him pause for concern until now, as Clifton’s character just said.

Somewhere in Steffy’s mind, she appears to have retained a grudge against Hope. So, with apparently clear evidence, Steffy took the opportunity to prove to Liam that Hope is not perfect on B&B.
