B&B Spoilers: Finn Assures A Worried Ridge That Eric’s Progress Is Coming Along Fine

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will assure a worried Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) that Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) progressing just fine.

Ridge is very impatient to see for sure that this experiment to cure Eric is working, and things just aren’t happening fast enough for him.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

Finn tries to explain to an impatient Ridge that good things come to those who wait-and Eric’s progress is exactly what Finn would it expect it to be at this point.

Eric has been through a very traumatic process over the past week, from collapsing to coding and shocked back to life, from being on a respirator to breathing on his own.

B&B Spoilers: Finn Assures A Worried Ridge That Eric’s Progress Is Coming Along FineIt’s going to take time for Eric’s weakened body to recover, even if the experimental procedures prove successful and he shows continued improvement.

Patience is a virtue, but if Ridge was judged by his patience, he wouldn’t be virtuous at all-he’d be the opposite!

Finn continues to try and encourage Ridge to not worry if Eric doesn’t just get up and go back to normal, he’s been through some trauma.

B & B Spoilers – Waking Up And Talking Was A Miracle In Itself

Waking up and talking was a miracle in itself after Eric had died and was resuscitated, after losing all that blood on the operating table and in a coma before that.

From the time Eric had collapsed at the Forrester mansion till he woke up after being taken off the respirator and saying “Merry Christmas” he’d never woken up.

Eric had been in a coma the whole time from his collapse until when his respirator was taken off, and Ridge needs to take that into account. That was a period of several days!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Small Steps Towards A Big Recovery

Finn explains that Eric will be taking many small steps towards a big recovery, and it’s just going to take some time.

Eric may or may not require some physical therapy, especially with his hands which he’d first had problems with before the disease progressed.

No one recovers from an ordeal like Eric’s been through overnight and that is a medical fact-cells take time to regenerate and organs to heal.

Like watching a pot to see if it’s going to boil, watching Eric for progress day and night and night and day isn’t going to help him, Finn tells Ridge.

Progress happens bit by bit, not all at once-if it did, it wouldn’t be progress-it would be completion.
