B&B Spoilers: Douglas’s Custody Battle, Finn Steps In To Play The Role Of Father?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers show that the plan for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) to obtain complete custody failed. At least at this point in the narrative, Thomas would probably prefer that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) reside with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) rather than Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).

Although Thomas doesn’t have Steffy’s trust, she is aware of how important Douglas is to him. Steffy will guard Douglas once he is in her care, but she is unlikely to be as strict about visiting. Thomas’ access to Douglas has been severely restricted by Hope, which is part of what led to this predicament in front of the judge.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Worried About The Implications

Hope had legitimate reasons to be careful, but Thomas was obviously concerned that she was going too far. Now that Douglas wants to live with Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), it appears as though his wish will come true.

Although this won’t be a long-term solution, Thomas and Hope ought to consent to give Douglas what he requests for the time being. Now, Thomas would prefer to have sole custody in his own home, he might think that this is a good interim step. He may first view that as a victory because Douglas will continue to share a home with a Forrester. But we have to think about Thomas’ response when Douglas gets close to Uncle Finn.

B&B Spoilers – Douglas Forrester Wants To Stay Longer?

Inevitably, once Finn moves into the cliff house permanently, Douglas will grow to love him even more. Thomas has never been in favor of Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) filling in as the father, but this time it will be Finn. Thomas seems to be sort of willing to exchange one issue for another.

We are aware that Finn is worried about the harm Thomas has caused to his friendship with Douglas. Finn will want to stand up and make sure Douglas has all the assistance he needs because he is such a good guy. Thomas might experience some jealously as a result of how close Douglas and Finn are growing.
