Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will likely be just as devastated to hear Eric’s got a terminal illness and has been given six months to live.

Brooke will be in somewhat of a spot, since she’ll want to reach out to Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and RJ was supposed to keep Eric’s illness a secret.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Now Things Are Making More Sense

RJ can tell her Donna most certainly knows although he doesn’t know who else does-except Luna Nozawa, (Lisa Yamada) who’s been RJ’s main support person through this.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) also knows, but RJ doesn’t know she knows-she’d walked in on Eric and Donna talking about Eric’s prognosis after the doctor left.

But things are definitely making more sense to Brooke, after hearing this devastating truth-no wonder Eric’s trying to prove he’s still relevant and calling the line “his grand finale”.

Eric is a proud man and he always has been, he wouldn’t want to go out without going out big and leaving a lasting impression professionally.

B & B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Needs To Know

Of course, Brooke knows that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) needs to know that Eric is dying and has six months to live, and so do his siblings-although that’s not her call.

From what RJ says, Eric doesn’t want anyone else in the family to know because he doesn’t want them sad and heartbroken; that’s really not fair to them though.

If he dies with none of his children knowing he was that ill, no one has a chance to say a final goodbye or make amends for anything if needed.

Brooke will tell Ridge and perhaps then they can have a family meeting to discuss what’s going on-after the Fashion Showdown is completed.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – RJ Forrester Didn’t Betray His Grandfather

One thing Brooke and Ridge both, once Ridge gets over the shock of the life-changing information, is tell RJ he didn’t betray Eric by sharing this truth.

Instead, now the family will have the information they need to support Eric, and Donna, in their time of need until Eric’s time comes. Eric doesn’t want anyone’s pity and that is why he wanted to keep his illness to himself-he hadn’t even told Donna everything until he was forced to.

Brooke will most certainly try to convince Eric, even if she has to do so through Donna, to get second, third, and fourth opinions if necessary. Perhaps there is something this doctor missed or misdiagnosed.
