The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) favor meant Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) skirted justice once again.

But Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) awareness of her father’s new relationship likely threatens the corrupt deal he made with Judge Evan Scott (Michael Corbett). The referenced deal was not a quid pro quo. Instead, Deacon parlayed his long-time friendship with Corbett’s character into a favorable ruling.

Judge Scott spoke openly and without fear of being overheard at Il Giardino. He reminded Deacon that Sheila’s attorney complied by following the proper protocol. With that, the amoral judge dismissed the murder charge she volunteered in Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) living room.

Bill was apoplectic. He could not believe that a judge would throw out the murder charge.

Judge Scott’s way around the seemingly open-and-shut case the state made caused him to cite Bill’s connections to the authorities who surveilled Sheila. The judge claimed that Sheila’s admission was illegally obtained.

So, what seemed like a sure thing became one of the most degrading and time-wasting moments of Bill’s life. He forced himself into the ruse of a romantic relationship with Sheila and did not realize her lifetime incarceration as hoped.

B&B Spoilers – Deacon Sharpe’s Secret Is Fragile

Deacon is in love with Sheila. That made him contact his old friend, Judge Scott, and ask for a rather incredible favor.

The judge was careless in allowing Sheila to eavesdrop on his reveal to the audience, during his lunch with Deacon. But she has zero incentive to tell anyone that truth.

However, Hope is now ultra-motivated to split her father from Sheila. That implies she will somehow learn what Deacon did and then attempt to use that to put Sheila in jail.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sheila Carter Flees Rather Than Surrenders?

Sheila told Deacon she could not return to jail during an earlier period when the police were looking for her. That happened when she faked being eaten by a bear.

Deacon empathized with Sheila’s plight having extended experience as an inmate and allowed her to live with him. But this time Deacon went beyond providing Sheila with shelter and companionship.

Hope’s father called in a personal marker which allowed Sheila to be released into the general population. Her history indicates she will eventually cause havoc for various people again.

Hope does not want to allow that to happen. Sheila’s freedom will be jeopardized If she learns why Judge Scott dismissed the charges. That would set up Sheila either facing further legal peril or choosing to flee LA on B&B.
