B&B Spoilers: Carter Finds Himself In The Middle As Eric And Ridge Clash?

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will find himself in the middle as Eric and Ridge Forrester (John McCook, Thorsten Kaye) clash! Eric, who appears to be suffering from a degenerative disease more serious than an arthritic hand, rips into Ridge as he accuses him of pushing him out of the company.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Eric Forrester Feels He’s Losing Control

Eric seems he’s losing control in more than one way as just a simple thing like throwing away an old and broken stapler by Ridge makes him paranoid.

It was obvious that Eric felt the old and broken stapler was something that represented him, and especially to his son, who had not overtly made any suggestions Eric retire.

Eric’s recent loss of use of his writing and drawing hand has ballooned into feeling a loss of control in all areas of his life, that is plain.

Sometimes people, especially older people, become frightened when they start to lose their abilities as they age, especially, if like Eric, their abilities represent their power.

With that sense of loss of power, it becomes easy to become paranoid, like your loved ones just want to throw you away…and Ridge is not reacting appropriately!

B & B Spoilers – Carter Walton Is In The Middle, And Weighs In

Carter finds himself in the middle as Eric and Ridge become more territorial and combative over Forrester Creations.

It was actually Eric who gave Carter his big break and he knows what Eric wants to accomplish, and gave him the keys to the kingdom, so to speak.

Carter is stuck in the middle because Ridge is his best friend and isn’t sure how to move forward in this tense situation and Ridge should be supporting his father.

Instead, he’s battling against him for the family company, and Carter thinks perhaps Eric gave Ridge too much power too soon-and it’s gone to his head.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Carter Walton Stays Businesslike

Carter has to look at things from a business standpoint, but it doesn’t make all the tension in the office any easier.

Ridge is coming after the company for himself after reacting to thinking Eric’s pushing him out in response to Eric’s thinking Ridge was pushing Eric out! Eric is shouting that Ridge better be at the top of his game because he’s coming after him!

Carter loves this family but hates all the enmity and bitterness between Ridge and Eric; the company is Eric’s legacy, he built it from the ground up.

He points out that the reason they are all in the Forrester Creations office is because of Eric, not Ridge, not Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
