B&B Spoilers: Brooke Wins – Ridge Acknowledges Reality In Rome

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is teased to convince Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to reconcile. His resistance quickly wore down in Rome, Italy.

Viewers sensed what Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) feared, Brooke’s belief in destiny was right. Ridge’s trepidation was based on recent events and his history of repeated breaks from Brooke.

Brooke’s inclusion in the Forrester Creations’ fashion show trip established the perfect location setting. Many have fallen in love with that city. In Ridge’s instance, he acknowledged Brooke was his past, present, and tomorrow.

What more could Taylor do?

She left her missionary work in Africa to return to Los Angeles, California. Taylor reinforced her never-ending love for Ridge as well.

Then, after going to Aspen, Colorado, Ridge trailed her. At that point in the plot, he was convinced that he and Brooke were done.

Ridge chased Taylor down in the beautifully scenic setting, making her believe she was his destiny. Taylor agreed to reconcile, and they set the ill-fated remarriage in motion. Of course, it did not happen.

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan’s Instincts Led Her

Brooke did lose hope along the way. She felt Taylor’s persistence and various connected events were pulling Ridge in another direction.

Lang’s character was sidetracked for a while because of her involvement with Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) father. Ridge despised Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) before he helped him and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) deal with the Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) threat, with that villain going to jail.

Eventually, Brooke formed a pact with Taylor. She came to believe that Allen’s character was only a phony friend and their alliance ended.

But if Brooke were truly honest, she would admit that at least subconsciously, Taylor’s revealed intentions about Ridge were no different than her own.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Can Not Deny Love

In the days leading up to Ridge’s reunion with Brooke, he told her that love was never an issue. His hesitancy was based on their inability to remain together during each of their eight previous marital commitments.

Ridge does not want to cause Brooke heartbreak. He also wants to avoid that himself.

Like Brooke, Ridge does not want to put their children and other loved ones and friends through further drama that results when they sour on each other. So, everyone will be watching to see if the latest reconciliation of one of this show’s all-time great couples is different than any of this couple’s past revivals on B&B.
