Eric Forrester (John McCook) already stunned Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) with the news that he wants to design again and won’t take no for an answer.

After all, Forrester Creations is his company that he built from scratch. He can do whatever he wants despite handing over the CEO reins to Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

We know he has arthritis, something Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) are also aware of, but it is something he can live with.

It might not help him with his drawing, but RJ is helping him and even introduced him to 21st-century design technology, so is arthritis really such a big deal?

Eric has seemed forgetful of late and couldn’t even remember his great-grandson’s name recently, so could he be suffering from something more serious than arthritis?

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Learns A Secret From Eric Forrester

On Monday, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is set to be completely blindsided by Eric’s news.

Could a senior citizen having arthritis really blindside her or does Eric tell Brooke that there is something more going on with him that nobody else knows?

Perhaps, he just blindsides her with some family gossip since this is the family that does nothing but talk about other family members’ love lives.

Maybe Brooke will be stunned that Steffy left John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and took off for Europe to get away from crazy Sheila Carter.

That would mean that Steffy and Finn are broken up and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) can go after Steffy now. That just cannot be because Liam has to end up with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) even if Hope is done with him.

Eric could tell Brooke just about anything that would blindside her, but Brooke is also shocked easily when things happen that screw with her vision of how life should be.

If Eric does tell her a big secret about his health, will she be able to keep it from Ridge? Our bets are probably not.
