With that, Bill told Katie, in front of Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) at her request, that he wants to reconcile. While Bill respects Carter, telling Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) that he is a good guy, Diamont’s character is certain Katie’s love for him will rule the day.

B&B spoilers show Katie clearly has come to care for Carter. Their workplace friendship existed for many years, and the more personal connection they developed in recent months happened organically.

The physical attraction that viewers see is real. So, without seeing Bill as a legitimate comeback option, Katie turned to a man who was available, solely focused on her, and is interested in being part of her future.

Carter is a solid rival, as his kind-hearted approach to life is a direct contrast to Dollar Bill backstory that drew Katie but eventually alienated her.

Katie loves her son, Will Spencer (Finnegan George). That infinitely meaningful tie to Bill persists. But it is not the only factor that weighs heavily in Bill’s favor.

The lengthy and highly history Katie and Bill share created an emotional tie that can not be talked away. Logic is not love.

Carter recognizes that Bill has a hold over Katie that will not be easily broken or severed. However, that does not mean her thoughts about yesterday determine her future.

Bill knows he remains in Katie’s heart. He also realizes the damage he did to her psyche was self-inflicted and created avoidable consequences.

If Bill can convince Katie that she can only have her family through a reconciliation, then a reunion will happen. But it is possible that Bill remains a part of her family in the ex-husband category. Carter could, at least, be a new love, if not Katie’s next husband on B&B.
