B&B Spoilers: Are Thomas’s Dreams About To Come True?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Is Thomas Slow On The Uptake?

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has been doing everything he can to change his life and be a better man and that includes putting his obsession with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) behind him once and for all. He wants to be a good designer and friend for her, as well as a co-parent to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), but he now sees that he cannot be with her because she is happily married to Liam — or is she?

Liam’s little visit in which he confronted Thomas at Forrester Creations seemed a bit odd to Thomas, as has Hope’s behavior of late. Why is Liam so worried about his marriage if it is so healthy and why is Hope so worried about ending up like Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) when she is nothing like Brooke at all?

“Thomas is in the space that he’s devoted to being a new man and not sliding back into being the bad guy again,” Matthew Atkinson said in the May 29, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “With that, I think he is missing these cues that he normally would have picked up on.”

B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Finally Gets A Clue

It takes a talk with his sister, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), for Thomas to see what is really going on. Steffy is very concerned that Thomas and Hope are getting too close and that it could cause trouble for Hope For The Future. She has also had to listen to Liam whine and whine and whine and knowing that helps Thomas see that Liam really is losing his mind and there might be a good reason for that.

“I think if the situation came about where Hope actually told Thomas she was interested that she could entertain those kinds of thoughts, he would be interested,” Atkinson said. “He has loved this girl for years and is obviously still attracted to her, but Hope has to be forward enough to be open to Thomas. We’ve established that he is not going to try to take advantage of her in any way.”
