Are They Bringing Lulu Back To General Hospital

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) has lived in Port Charles almost her whole life. Her mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) fell into a catatonic state after reliving a traumatic memory she had suppressed as a teenager. As a result Laura was sent to a long term care facility. Laura was unable to speak or even move on her own for several years.

Lulu was the only member of her Immediate family who didn’t seem to possess some sort of wanderlust. But even if she did, she was too close to Laura to go anyway for a long period of time.

While Laura was hospitalized, Lulu’s father Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) began a casual affair with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Although Lulu resented Tracy at first, they eventually formed a close bond.

Lulu had several romances during this time. Most notably, she tried to steal Dillon Quartermaine (Scott Clifton) from his long-term girlfriend. Lulu had a few brief romances, but everything changed the day she met Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna).

Their relationship eventually grew into love and they married. Lulu and Dante were happy together for many years. Laura woke up during this happy time, although Luke eventually left town.

Lulu’s inquisitive nature led her to a successful career as a reporter. Lulu wrote about criminals such as Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Her quest for the truth often put Lulu in dangerous situations.

Dante was a cop as well, so they were to protect each other if things became too dangerous. The WSB was so impressed with Dante, the asked him to go undercover for them in Turkey.

Dante was told the mission would only last a few weeks, but it was months before Dante tried to contact his wife, who was shocked that Dante simply sent Lulu divorce papers. Lulu was devastated but it was clear that Dante wasn’t he would ever return home.

General Hospital Spoilers – Tragedy Has Taken Lulu Falconeri Away From Port Charles

Dante eventually returned home after he received intensive treatment by specialists in the WSB because be had been brainwashed during the time he was undercover. Lulu never stopped loving Dante but was angry he shut her out rather than letting her help him.

Lulu had decided she was finally ready to tell Dante she still loved him after she was caught in an explosion at the Floating Rib. But Lulu soon lost consciousness and still hasn’t woken up.

Lulu suffered severe brain injuries and was transferred to an out of state facility. Doctors have been unable to tell Lulu’s family if she will ever wake up. But Lulu has been mentioned several tines in the last few weeks.

At this time, nothing official has been announced about Lulu’s potential return or who would be playing her part. Lulu’s daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) needs her mother more than ever right now so chances Lulu’s return is already in the works.
