Anna Duggar Receiving Counseling From Church

Duggar family news reveals that Anna Duggar has decided to get the counseling that she needs now that her husband, Josh Duggar is serving time for possession of child pornography. No matter what he has done, Anna has stood by him and has been public about how his crimes do not change her love for him. Although many of her fans think that she has been brainwashed, there are others that feel he is innocent too. There are multiple sources close to Anna who have explained more about the situation.

Anna Duggar – The Charges And Jail Time

After Josh went to court, he was charged with over twelve years in prison. Once he is released, he will then have 20 years of supervised release. With all of the charges against him, Josh and Anna do not believe in divorce because it isn’t approved by their religion. It looks frowned upon by the church since they believe that God’s plan is for the woman to stand by her man no matter what. This is evident in this marriage.

No matter what Josh has done, Anna continues to stand by him. He was caught in an online cheating scandal on the Ashley Madison website. This website is all about married men who want to have affairs. This came out and his fans were pretty upset. Not only that, some women came forward and claimed that he had molested them as young girls. Many of these women were his sisters. Not only did TLC cancel their show at this point, but Anna also stood by him through this!

Anna Duggar – Seeks Help

In one episode of Counting On, Anna told the cameras, “I know there are those who think I have every right to walk away from this marriage. I respect other people’s views. But in my heart, when I got married, I vowed to God first, and to Joshua, for better or for worse, ’til death do we part… my prayer and my heart’s desire is for our marriage to be restored.” Although she doesn’t talk much on social media about her marriage, a source close to her said that she is seeking help from the “leaders in the church.”

This source went on to say, “Divorce is not something that she wants, but she’d be lying if she said she hasn’t questioned her future with Josh. Anna married Josh for better or worse and it can’t get any worse than this. She wants Josh by her side, as a husband and as a father to their children.” We will continue to keep an eye on Anna to see if she makes any other statements.
