There was a lot of speculation about a new spinoff for the new 90 Day Fiance show, and after months of rumors, it was confirmed that 90 Day: The Last Resort was in the works. While some names were mentioned as potential cast members, it was confirmed that Big Ed Brown will be in it. Now, fans are questioning TLC’s decision to include him.

90 Day: The Last Resort: Why Big Ed Brown?

The TLC debut of Ed Brown, a photographer from San Diego, happened in Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days. Since then, he has been featured on other spinoffs such as The Single Life and Pillow Talk. Although he initially coupled up with Rose Vega, he’s currently in a relationship with Liz Woods. As for his relationship with Woods, many fans perceive it to be toxic, while others even believe that Ed’s abusive toward her.

When 90 Day: The Last Resort got a teaser for the new show, fans felt extremely irritated because they saw that Angela Deem was back again. While she gained many followers on social media, not all of them are there to give her love. They feel that Michael Ilesanmi and his wife just play out a role to get more screen time. Additionally, she seems to many fans, to come over as abusive as well. So, people question why Ed and Angela keep getting brought back as if they are Mr. and Mrs. Popular.

90 Day: The Last Resort – All About Big Ed Brown

This week, the @90dayfiance account shared a poster on Instagram. In it, Liz and Ed were posing by the beach. The spinoff was shot in the Florida Keys, and it’s all about failed couples trying to mend their relationship. However, a lot of people think that bringing back people who are allegedly abusive should end. Marriage therapists will be on hand, but still, many viewers are done with the man with short neck syndrome.

In the caption for 90 Day: The Last Resort, it said, “Does their love have what it takes? ? Here are the first two #90DayFiance couples headed to therapy on #TheLastResort, premiering Monday, August 14 at 9/8c.” Unfortunately, people were not about to shoot off fireworks to celebrate the news. In fact, many people are scratching their heads over why the network thinks they want to see the couple again.

No TLC – Fans Don’t Want Mr. Brown

Angry before 90 Day: The Last Resort even premieres, people in the comments seem amazed that TLC clearly doesn’t get their feedback. After all, every single social media platform reveals that many people disagree with him being on the show.

@90dayfiancecraycray wrote, “It’s a no from me dawg. Fire Ed. Stop supporting abusers.”

Meanwhile, influencer @merrypants said, “They are leading with Pred as if he is going to be the attraction that makes us want to watch. clearly the viewers repeat over and over they don’t want to see him again and there he is front and Center. Why so out of touch?”
